12-18-02 2:30 PM - Northwest Phoenix Justice Court. Apparently Dr. Ryan DOESN'T like to go to court! Just like his speeding ticket he's a no-show. His "injunction" he so fondly bragged about on the Internet was quashed.

What's this? A subpoena? Even with a non-high school education I can tell it looks like this is something important!

Civil subpoena requesting

1)Employment contracts for Skal Loret, Dave Haynie, Fred Wright

2)Documentation for the medications for Ryan and Christina Czerwinski

3)Merlancia's Agreement with Amiga, Inc loan with corporate signatures.

Signed by a judge and making it an OFFICIAL COURT ORDER!

Just wait till I get one of these signed by a FEDERAL judge!

DUH! It says I have to appear in court! Dr. Czerwinski has a medical conference to attend to - I DON'T do no court!

He looks so BEFUDDLED! But real snazzy in his "AmigaZone" baseball cap. Wonder what about the "Twilight Zone"? He looks so "au natural" behind those bars. He would be GREAT on the prison baseball team... Wonder what is his best postion - a "pitcher" or "catcher"?
